I need a fun name for a Monday blog post... (Patreon)

 Hi, everyone. It's been a busy day chasing after babies, but here's my post as promised.

Before I go any further, I want to thank you all for your support this year.  Real life has blown up in a bad way for me and it's been difficult keeping up with everything to the point that I'm not feeling too happy with how much attention I've spent here.  So what's been going on?

My parents lost their jobs within the last year.  They had lost almost all of the money they had invested for their savings back during the financial crisis and hadn't recovered anywhere near enough to retire on. I've been doing what I can with my sisters supporting and helping our parents where we can.  They're comfortable now (after a health scare to top it all off) but it's been a stressful year with lots of tears shed and family ties strained.  My father's finally gotten back to work, albeit only on a limited contract basis, but it's enough for me to breathe easy for the time being.

That's why I haven't been as productive as I would like, or as communicative.  I tend to keep personal matters to myself.  Even my closest friends know that I'm pretty guarded.  However, I realize that the lack of communication here probably isn't a great idea.  I recognize that you guys are going out of your way to support me and I should make more time for my patrons.

So here's what's going to happen going forward.  If Jingles-sempoi can toss together 20 to 40 minutes worth of babble in a given week, I can make a blog dump here every Monday too.  While there's as much as 2+ weeks between article drops here, I'm not idle during that time.  The idea is that these blog posts will help show some of the work going on.  It will also be a chance to chat back and forth through replies in the article where I can answer questions and interact more directly with you all.  These blog posts will be available to all of my patrons.

For those of you in the $25 tier, I'm aware of the backlog.  I've finally (FINALLY) got my rig setup to review old replays and I'll be clearing out all (yes all) of the replays over the next week.  I have your older replays archived still.  If you want to replace them with new ones, send them to aprilwhitemouse@outlook.com.  I'll review them all.

I will be putting up a vote for the next non-premium to review after I get these replays looked at.  I'm not sure what the timeline will be to get it finished, but it will be nice to have something I can plug away at when things get quiet.  I swear, I go nucking futs when I have even a moment's worth of spare time these days.
