Senti Suggestion/Request Box for future Patreon stuff! (Patreon)

Hello again, this is a wip for a suggestion boxes I will be handing out per month!
The idea is still new atm but the plan would be I post these once a month and Patrons can drop their ideas/art requests, I'll pick from the ideas via roulette to draw ( still planning atm )
