Finally!
I got the links fixed. I got the files downloading in both my PCs. and everything is working as intended. links are updated and everything should work like it used to.

What happened:
Turns out that when you install your mega sync app it gives you several options on how you wanna syncronise your cloud's drive with your PC. one fo the options being full syncronisation. basically downloading all your mega's cloud into a folder or hard drive of your choice from your pc. once the app is installed you can do the same thing, but soemehow it doesn't work the same way.

When you syncronise the PC with the drive on the first install it downloads mega's contents to your pc. the thing is that it's a two way syncronisation. so if i add something to mega, it gets downloaded to the pc. and if i put something on the pc it gets sent to mega. (which is ideal for me because saving one file in one pc, means it gets sent to mega and downloaded on the other one aswell) the issue comes that when doing the sync manually some the already installed app settings. somehow it priorizes the PC. like if you wanna sync mega with an empty hard drive, what it's been doingis sensing everything in mega to the rubbish bin to leave it empty as the hard drive is.

How i solved it:
Quite simple actually. Uninstalled both apps. restored the mega's drive (if this ever happens to you they're in a folder called sync debris in the rubbish bin) and then prooceeded to install both apps selecting the full sync. that kept my mega's drive intact while it's downloading everything to both PCs.
