This felt pretty status quo for S6. Nothing really to complain about, but I didn't love it. That being said, I really did like Chim teaming up with Ravi to go down to the academy. I love that he was there less than a week and he figured out why Bobby sent him.

So, it's review time. Everybody gets their review from Bobby and they are supposed to reciprocate, but none of them can. And, probably no surprise, but everybody seems to get excellent marks across the board. And there are only two complaints about it. Buck claims he isn't doing excellent in PT times (whatever that is), and Bobby tries to tell him it's because he just died. But Buck demands to be held at the same standard as everyone else. Also, Chim did not get excellent on leadership skills, which he is totally fine with (he doesn't want to be a leader), but Bobby sends him down to the academy to work with the new recruits anyway.

This really upset me. I am someone that has never wanted to be in a leadership position. I've turned down promotions over the years, as it just doesn't appeal to me. I don't think we all need to climb the corporate ladder. I don't think there is anything wrong with being content and just enjoying what you have. We don't always have to strive for more. And I was also kind of upset when Chim decided Bobby was 'right' to have him do this. I'm happy that he feels good about it, but I don't. And, it turned out, that Bobby set this whole thing up so that Chim could convince Ravi to come back to the 118.

Elsewhere, Eddie is set up by his aunt. He's very against this and doesn't want to go, but does to be polite. Turns out, she feels exactly the same way. However, Eddie is surprised to realize that he's upset that she blew him off. I don't know if this is him deciding he liked her, or him deciding he was ready to date after all. I found it very unclear.

Also, I had no idea Jennifer Love Hewitt could sing. Her voice was lovely.
