I really thought Nathan might not come through. I feel like an idiot for ever doubting him. To be fair, Haley's had weeks to digest the news of being pregnant and Nathan only found out that second. I think it's normal he'd need a minute, but he came through in the end. Sticking it to Dan, which made it even sweeter. Also, Haley! What are you doing? Why would you ever think Dan would be the person to talk to?! I mean it worked out, but only because of Nathan, not Dan.

Plus Nathan telling Rachel she never had a chance was glorious.

And no matter how it turns out, Haley getting into Stanford and Nathan getting into Duke, is fucking amazing. I'm just saying.

So, I guess Brooke is doing a Pretty Little Liars thing here. But I totally forgot that he lied too and said he was a male model. But at least he isn't underage pretending not to be.

And Derek wasn't actually Derek. No big surprise there. But how did Peyton end up with his number? That dude was creepy as hell. I hate that he's missing right now. Please! Can someone put Peyton (and really all these kids) in therapy? Seriously? This girl has had more trauma dumped on her in a couple of months than people experience in several lifetimes.

Who the hell knows Dan killed Keith? It's starting to feel like maybe Keith is alive, but if he is, I don't think he wouldn't immediately go to Karen and Lucas.

Ok so, idk if anyone has said anything yet, BUT when people where telling you to “skip the into because there are spoilers”.. Because when the infamous black screen pops up, you know shits about to get real!

I knew you'd love this episode...mostly for Naley, hehe, but overall, it was a fantastic episode this season. And I'm so glad that Nathan came through for you, although you shouldn't really be surprised at this point...it's Naley after all, lol. And no worries about Dan, haven't you noticed that Nathan tends to do the exact opposite of whatever advice Dan is dishing out to him, lol...it's glorious indeed. Although this time around...Dan's not actively trying to break up their marriage or come between them...he likes Haley now...he did sort of have an epiphany about her back in S3x20 when he was peering in at Naley through the window and overheard Haley encouraging Nathan to play great for one more game to make the playoffs. He's just still focused all about basketball and Nathan's career and him playing college ball...so that's why he was like, if she doesn't follow you to Duke, let her go. But like I said...Nathan doesn't really ever follow his advice, hehe!!! As for Rachel and the turning point for Nathan...you're right to point out that Nathan's only had a minute to process the news of finding out about his scholarship and learning about Haley being pregnant, so some slack is warranted for sure for his initial reaction, but Rachel sort of gets him to see the bigger picture. She first planted the seed that his family has money, his baby's going to be beautiful, and that maybe his dead uncle saved his life because he's destined for greatness. And then Nathan making it clear in no uncertain terms that she never stood a chance with him is not only glorious, but so damn epic, lol!!! But the real turning point for him was when he gets to the press conference and realizes that his mom and Haley aren't there, and Rachel apologizes for trying to come between Naley and then asks him how Haley's doing? And he says that he thinks she's just as scared as him and Rachel tells him not to worry, that this baby's going to have two pretty fantastic parents.... you see the moment of realization dawn on him, and his focus immediately shifts to his overwhelming love and concern for his family. It's such a beautiful moment for sure, and you can see the seeds being planted for perhaps what kind of family man Nathan Scott is going to be. Plus who doesn't swoon over Haley's words that Nathan gives back to her during his speech...epic all the way around!!! Then after going to check up on his mother and covering up a passed out Deb with a blanket, he goes home to Haley and tells her that surviving that accident was a miracle for them.... all 3 of them, and we all swooned over him all over again, hehe. So excellent choice with the thumbnail, lol!!! I did love it so!!!! And yes, it's concerning that fake Derek is still out there, but we now have her real brother in the picture...so you'll see where that goes, and huge props to Hilarie for that attack scene, as that was a riveting sequence of events between Psycho Derek, Peyton, Lucas, and real Derek...and Hilarie acted her ass off there. Like I said...such a great episode all the way around. It's always one of my favorites of S4.....but there are many more to come this season, so stay tuned!!!

When Haley invited Dan to their wedding she was essentially giving him the chance to change. To be the father Nathan wanted him to be. Unfortunately, Nathan does not hate Dan. Despite everything, Nathan still loves Dan. He listens to him. That's why it's so easy for Dan to manipulate him. In light of what happened to Keith, Dan "appears" to have turned a new leaf in regards to Haley and Karen/Lucas. He's a lot nicer to Haley and he's told Karen he regrets not being there for her and Lucas. Haley thinks the advice Dan would offer Nathan would be along the lines of don't do what I did. But of course Dan is Dan and won't change and told Nathan to do exactly what he did, put himself and basketball first.

Sabrina

I did love that Nathan said the exact words Haley said she needed to hear. And he really meant them. The press conference is one of my favorite Naley moments!

Melissa

It's one of my favorite Naley moments too.... how could it not be, hehe!!! We all know it's pretty damn epic, and a special moment indeed that's not forgotten.

Nathan is still a WIP. I thought Nathan's reaction was realistic and understandable for his character, even though disappointing, but I'm glad he figured it out quickly, which shows growth that he didn't drag this out. I couldn't handle Nathan being Dan for an extended period of time. The anti-Dan press conference was amazing! As for Haley, she went to Dan because she felt that he was the only one that could get through to Nathan since he was in a similar position. When she invited Dan to their wedding she was under the impression that Keith's death gave Dan perspective on his choices and that he wanted to change. That invite was an invitation back into Nathan's life. They talk now. Nobody knows what Dan did. (Well, like we saw at the end, someone knows.) They think he's trying to be better. What his advice to Nathan shows is he learned nothing. Dan being there for Keith's baby after Keith was there for the child he abandoned is all really just a lie. He doesn't regret his Lucas decision.

Nebulous Shooter

Among other things, depends on how analythical we are about the shows we watch, but even showing scenes with a character we havent seen in a while takes away all the suspense of their return.

Nebulous Shooter

You can only watch a show for the first time once, why would you unecesarly lessen the experience? I would just skip promos and previously on every ongoing show.
