Haunted Mansion Map! (Patreon)

This is a short horror/fps/puzzle map that I made as a side project. This map and the characters in it are inspired from the book, The Great Gatsby. However, you don't need to know any context to play the map and have a good time!

The story: You are a detective looking into the disappearance of Daisy Buchanan. You know Gatsby is her lover, so you are sent to investigate his mansion for clues to find her.

How to play: (Follow these steps!)

- You will need to install the latest 1.16.5 version of the Cursed Walking modpack to play this map. It is HIGHLY recommened to disable the mod called "InControl" when playing this map. To do this, first install the modpack on Curseforge, click the three vertical dots, go to profile options, then enable content management. After this is finished, a list of mods will appear. Scroll down to find "InControl" and deactivate the mod by pressing the orange slider. 

- Cheats are enabled so it is HIGHLY recommended to also set the gamerule to daylightcycle:false once you start playing.

- Download the zip file available here, unzip it, and place the world into the save folder for the instance of the Cursed Walking modpack you are playing. 

- The map is in hardcore by default, and it is recommended that you do NOT change this. If you die in normal survival Minecraft, you will respawn at the mansion like normal, but may be locked out of rooms.
