No Reading Today - Just taking the day off. (Patreon)

Okay, so, normally I would take a little bit to give a summary of why I can't record on a given day, outline it and explain why it would negatively impact my quality. But today, it's nothing super unfortunate or complex; I totally could record today with only very minimal loss in the quality of my work; if any. Today, it's mostly just that I kinda just want to take a day off.

In case you forgot, I didn't take my typical 5-days off at the end of the last month, and I got a lot done as a result. But I also feel like I'm starting to over work myself.

Plus, the story I would be reading today is kind of a headache because it's another idiocyverse story, and those things are kinda kill on the brain because of how silly and random they are. It's also over 5,000 words, so it''d be a longer one then my average, which is about 2,000 - 3,000.

I just don't have the energy for it today, and I don't want to become burnt out. So I'm just gonna take the day off, kick back, relax, enjoy family D&D, and get back to work with Promises tomorrow.

tl;dr: I'm lazy and don't wanna.
