Commission Form Update (Patreon)

Hey gang!
To help consolidate everything I put all my info into a new commission form.
The form will remain open 24/ 7. If you'd like art from me all you need to do is fill it out.
The links in the form take you to my Terms of Service and Trello Commission Board respectively.
I will check the form daily to see if anyone has submitted anything.
This is for newer work moving forward. Everything else queued up until now is still in line to be completed.

Right now I only have sketches available because of my current workload. But I plan to add my other tiers as I get through my backlog.
