Schwoo Backlog Update (Patreon)

Hey everybody. Wanted to give you an update.
My large Trello Board that has all the backlog that I owe, will be designated as strictly the ‘Backlog Trello’. I have made a new Trello that shows the current work being done, as well as my waiting list. This new Trello Board will be called the ‘Commission Trello’.

I am implementing a new policy that any new work accepted will be given priority. Communication with the commissioner will be frequent. I’ve taken on too much work in the past and not been able to keep better tabs with my customers. I want something newer and cleaner for customers to better see where they fall in my work queue.

As for the ‘Backlog Trello’ I will be going through each card and handling each case individually. There are a lot of commissions that I have let go for too long. I want to make sure that each case is handled and closed.

I’ll be redoing my Terms and Conditions to reflect these changes too. It’ll take a little time to get everything up to par so bear with me.
