Patreon Update (Patreon)

With the time off I've been doing some reconsiderations of how I manage the requests and how I get paid. 

The previous way I did requests was just a weekly thing I did no matter if I was getting paid for it or not. And while I was doing it to stay productive and meet my standards, in the long run it was going to be very taxing without much of a pay-off if I never got around to finishing projects I intended to get paid for. 

Also I'm dealing with a few patrons, who will remain nameless, who have already been deemed fraudulent. I know there isn't a perfect system in place to keep these people from mooching off content they're not really supporting, but I believe I have worked out way to keep that from happening.

Starting next week, I will not be doing sketch requests in my sketch pages/ content until I've done a project that has been funded by my patrons. Meaning, sketch requests will not occur, until funds generated from the completed project are turned into my account. When this happens, Patreon will let me know who paid and who didn't. Those who paid, will receive their rewards for that week as well as the permission for posting in "Weekly Sketch Requests" posts to tell me what they'd like to see in my sketch page.

If I have time, and only when I have time, I have no problem going back to doing sketch requests at the beginning of every week for patrons who are supporting in the 10$ tier. Until I am more stable where funds are concerned, I am going to be conservative with how I manage sketch requests.
