I have to ask, where do you find all the artwork for so many games?

Many game companies have a private press website where they publish their artwork for promotional purposes, which is accessible by gaming publications (including gaming websites). It's a frequent source for me. I also scan art from official art books, search Japanese media sites, extract art from mobile APKs, and occasionally receive art directly from game artists. Many companies will also do an "art dump" after their game is released, which they post on sites like ConceptArt.org and ArtStation.
