What should I do with this patreon? (Patreon)

This year I have really struggled a lot, and I have been trying to find a good work life balance, as well as tried new things like YouTube and streaming. I also thought maybe focusing on my art would be a cool thing to try, but nothing seems to work out very well. After I stopped using patreon for my cosplays, Ive struggled to figure out what to do with it.
