Onlyfans has screwed me over completely, I’m heart broken because I worked so hard on my content, but because they can’t read my Japanese ID, they won’t accept it. They also won’t accept my passport bc it’s an American passport and I live in Japan. For the last three years my ID was fine, but they just suddenly decided not to accept it anymore.

Other Japanese creators have Japanese passports so they are fine, but they won’t accept my American passport because the ID has to be issued from the country I live in.
I am currently planning to take action because this doesn’t make any sense at all, but the fact remains I can’t continue to use this platform.
They want me to produce an English ID that’s issued by Japan but that’s not possible. They won’t accept anything else and are locking me out of my account. I will have to start over on Fansly. I’m sorry that this will inconvenience you, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me and hope we can continue on Fansly
