Nico Robin was on her way to regroup with the Straw Hats on Punk Hazard when she was stopped in her tracks by Monet's snow powers.  Hands made of snow arose from the icy depths and clung firmly to Robin's lower regions in an effort to pull her downward.  The bitter cold certainly has its way of sticking around ;p
