This lady can create poisoned fog that debug enemies ( till death sometimes) and gives some buffs to her allies. If you are not an biomutated elf, but you have her in your party , better ask her for antidote. Her fellow will sting you a bit, and for some time you have resist. But, please, explain good that you want antidote,  or suicide.
