One of the most disgusting members of the Blood Cult.
He can throw a spear connected by his guts with his body and luse it like a harpoon to catch an enemy.  The spear has a vampiric effect...pumping blood and lifeforce from victims.
But that maw, just eats victims with horrible sounds , right on the buttle field.
