What even is the handball law? There's a deep discussion about why defining handball is making things worse than they've been in the past. Whatever happened to common sense?

Plus, thoughts on West Ham's win against Bournemouth including Flynn Downes surprising positioning; rail strikes bite again and fan involvement in improving the White Hart Lane atmosphere is ongoing and it leads somehow to a conversation about Arsenal ultras.

Fuck me. Need to watch the game first before this podcast. Back later !

That was me yeah. I’m in their group and sit with them for a few games. They have a direct line to the club and have a section reserved for them now for each game. Agree on choice of colour, proper odd and the connotations are obvious, not sure what the club have said to them about it but the group wanted to do it to “stand out” and our home support is full of club shop FC which is a bit cringe to some so partly that. Happy to have a chat about it all haha. As far as improving the atmosphere goes they’ve definitely done that, real young group too

Just worth clarifying though, They’re definitely not “ultras”

Thanks mate. "Perception" I think on the outside is that they're being perceived to be trying to do that. So if they're not, there's a very simple solution imo. Thanks for clarifying mate 🤝

Yeah completely agree, I hope the club do have a word on that. Got a lot more to share but probably better to do that in private
