Hi Patrons,

I hope all is well and thank you for your continued support. Please see below all the information you need for the 2024/25 Patreon mini leagues

The code for this year’s Planet FPL Podcast mini league is xn3h61

This is open to everyone and the winner will be invited on to a Podcast next summer

The below links will have the mini league code and autojoin link for the respective Patreon Tier Mini Leagues. These are new leagues, this is to make sure we don’t have former Patrons lurking in leagues so everyone will have to join again. Please view these links to join your respective mini league:

For clarity the prizes for the Patreon mini leagues will be as follows:

🥇1st = £350

🥈2nd = £100

🥉3rd = £50

Manager of each month = £50

Advanced Tier Head 2 Head League

🥇1st = £100

Intermediate + Tier (total prize pool £500)

🥇1st = £175

🥈2nd = £50

🥉3rd = £25

Manager of each month = £25

Basic + Tier (total prize pool £100)

🥇1st = £50

Manager of each month = Month of Patreon free

There are no FPL mini leagues at The Intermediate or Basic Tier levels.

Please note the following T&Cs (I hate these as much as I hate RMTs but these are worthwhile taking a moment to read through)

* To be eligible to win the 1st, 2nd or 3rd (League) prizes Patrons must be entered into their respective mini league before the FPL deadline for GW7 which is the first weekend in October)

* Patrons are still allowed to enter mini leagues after GW7 but will only be eligible to win the Manager of the Month (MotM) prizes but will also need to registered in the respective mini league before the first FPL Deadline of each month.

* We are of course aware that some of you may want to change your Patreon Tier Level during the course of the season, should you wish to upgrade after GW7 we would request you to be part of two mini leagues. For example, if you are at the Intermediate + Tier and wish to upgrade to the Advanced Tier after GW7 we would recommend Patrons remain in the Intermediate + Tier League to have a chance of winning the League prizes 'only' and also join the Advanced Tier mini League to be eligible to win the Advanced Tier MotM 'only'.

*Should a Patreon wish to downgrade their Tier level after GW7 they will not be eligible for any of the prizes at the Tier level they are leaving. If downgrading from Advanced to Intermediate +, Patrons may enter the Intermediate + mini league to be eligible for the MotM awards but will not be eligible for the League prizes. If it is before GW7 Patrons will be eligible to win league prizes at the lower Tier.

*If someone feels they are in a difficult financial position and is worried about being penalised please come and approach me privately, you have all shown support to us and we will show the same support to you, don't suffer in silence, we are here for you and will help.

*For those who decide to leave Patreon during the Premier League season (including those who leave and return) you will not be eligible for the remaining League or MotM prizes. This also applies to the additional competitions we will be running (see below)

This season we will be running a free to enter mini league for Patrons for The Telegraph Fantasy Football game and will give £50 to first place. You can find the mini league code in the description on the #Telegraph Slack Channel.

We will also be running the Patreon Champions League competition again in FPL for Advanced, Intermediate +, Basic + and Planet FPL Correspondents with the winner receiving a prize of £100 (only one person can win a Cup competition!) To enter you will have to register your FPL team into your respective Patron mini league before the deadline for GW2. That's all you need to do. Only after GW1 can we be sure of how many entries we have and then we can work out a format for a competition that like the Champions League will start with (at least one, but likely two or three) Group Stages before a knockout stage. The idea is for this to run from GW4 all the way to the final in GW38. Just make sure you have entered your Patreon mini league!

You will be able to keep up to date with how you are getting on via the #patreon-championsleague channel on Slack.

* I won't be chasing people, it is your responsibility to be entered into the mini league before GW2 to gain entry to the cup competition.

On our Slack there are three channels dedicated to leagues that are set up for fun which we will cover regularly on The Differential Show...

(Please use an alternative email address/login details from your main FPL account and make sure you're logged into the right account before hitting the autojoin link)

#differentialleague - players can only be bought at under 10% ownership and players must be sold if they reach 20% ownership. Chips can be used at any time as long as they follow the pre mentioned rules.

#theminus56 - every week a new team. 15 transfers must be made every week, a -56 hit must be taken. Triple Captain and Bench Boost chips can be used but Free Hits and Wildcards are not permitted

#zombieleague - pick a team for GW1 and leave it dead for the season, no captain changes, no chips, no transfers, no subs.

The mini league codes for those three formats and the three playable versions of Gaffr

#gaffr-championship

#gaffr-scotland

#gaffr-superleague

can also all be found in the description of these channels On Slack

For fun I also recommend joining in on the #goalsandpredictions competitions on Slack too.

A big thanks in to all the Patrons who have and continue to contribute to the running of these leagues. And that includes the players too! Thank you.

Suj, Clayton, Nico & I will be entering all of these leagues (probably, maybe, maybe not), I wouldn't worry about it, look at our histories! But we'll be playing to win and take the prizes!

Good luck this season!

And thank you all for your continued support.

Best Wishes,

James
