In the first of a trio of a Podcasts this week on tournaments in Germany, Clayton and James discuss the World Cup of 50 years ago held in West Germany, which would ultimately end in triumph for the hosts against The Netherlands and Johan Cruyff's Total Football.

There's reflection on what happened in the tournament including the Easy-West meeting and features tales on first timers Haiti and Zaire, Chile's unique qualification and England's failure to get there after drawing against a Poland team who everyone thought was rubbish but proved to be pretty good.
