Hello everyone, we're coming up on halfway through our week, just a little more till the weekend :) Some of you may have seen my recent community post on youtube. A family member needed some help with a few things, so my youtube video will be up tomorrow instead. Our patreon Friday upload will still be up on time though- I got everything back on track :D

I thought I would show you all a preview of the character for tomorrow's youtube audio. I finally got around to doing my alchemist idea! This one is very near and dear to me, so I'm really excited to get the audio done.

Now, onto our question of the week. I'm curious to know what your favorite ASMR triggers/tingles are. Are there certain noises, words, or voices you have a preference for? For me, I would say my favorites are glass tapping, book sounds, and typing. I also really love accents when it comes to voices- it doesn't really matter what accent, I just love them when listening to whispers <3

I unfortunately don't have much to say about the FMA stuff never watched it myself, however I did recommend it to one of my friends recently who has never seen anime as it seemed to be up there alley from what I do know about it and a lot of my other friends started with it. For triggers I like scratching, ear cupping, painting/pen writing on paper, and scissors cutting something like paper or fake hair. Although I have listened to so much ASMR at this point that I don't really get tingles. I mainly just listen to things that are interesting so roleplays are usually my go to, especially ones with stories. Don't know if you know anyone's like that lol. Speaking of accents tho, I didn't even notice you had one till the detention story, but I've noticed it a bit more in your old card opening videos and the dot hack video now.

I don't get whatever kind of tingles that asmr is supposed to give you but I really like the sounds of rain, fire, and soft talking. I don't have a preference for accents as I just like hearing them, although I may be partial to country accents(home team advantage). I used to listen to this one french guy who would talk about everything from mythology to history to pottery, it reminded me of when I was young and I'd turn on the history or discovery channel and fall asleep.

I hope your friend enjoys it! :) Brotherhood is good too, but I much prefer the original 2003 anime. It has such nostalgic vibes and I feel like it handled some of the darker story elements better than the new one. Scissor cutting is a trigger I really like too! Speaking from experience though it was not relaxing at all when I used an old pair haha- too many creaky sounds xD I'm ashamed to admit that I was embarrassed of my accent growing up so I kinda "trained" myself out of it. I wish I didn't though because I love meeting people with accents! It still comes out every now and then, especially if I get mad or irritated lol.

Fire and rain are really nice sounds. Sometimes I'll find those 10+ hour long videos to fall asleep to. Funny story about accents. One morning my phone rang and I sleepily answered it and a cute British girl started talking, obviously a wrong number situation lol. She started apologizing and I was just like, "No, no, it's ok" Even in my groggy state I thought, 'Omg, I don't know who that was, but she sounded like an angel' xD
