Billie and Ruth pencils re-inked/colored (Patreon)

New art!  

Honestly this wasn't just an attempt to get around the original finished art being on Slipshine!  I was gonna compare the original finished art versus this re-inking/coloring here.  But, y'know, whatevs.  

I did some better foreshortening of Ruth's face here.  Billie's face looks more 3D.  Also, her shoulder muscles work better.  

It's not as thoroughly rendered/airbrushed as the original, but I'm doing that less and less these days, as I'm finding the simpler shadowing and highlights usually sufficient.  Sometimes the airbrushing is used because you find your art isn't feeling as 3D as it could be, and you want to bring out dimensions you had trouble suggesting with just the lines.  And also sometimes there's another reason, which we'll talk about later.
