lucky that the BS challenge ruling didn't affect the final outcome. the competitor clearly said the right answer ending in M from the beginning; therefore, forcing them to have to spell the answer out shouldn't even be taken into consideration. if the judges want to blame poor audio quality, they can try, but that's a flimsy excuse. I assume during the challenge, one could go back and listen to what was initially said; you don't even have to slow it down (but it helps if you do) to know the spoken answer ended with M and not N.

if you don't have to spell "Idris Alba" correctly, you should not be forced to spell a Round 2 answer off the top of your head. asking the competitor to verbally repeat the given answer would've been acceptable.
