Double Check Your Rewards Tier! (Patreon)

Hey there Patrons!!

With the Schmoedown Throwdown coming up TOMORROW and so many of you having upgraded to our newly introduced $15 tier, now is the time to check your account to ensure you are receiving the proper reward. It's very possible that when you signed up/changed tiers, you might not have selected to "get reward" - which results in you paying more money, but still being listed as receiving the reward for the tier you were previously in (or, if you're new, receiving no reward at all!).

To check if you're within the correct tier, go to the page of the creator you're supporting (in this case, The Movie Trivia Schmoedown), and on the right side of the page you'll see "Your Current Reward" underneath the tier description if you're in a benefit tier. It will look like the image below:

If you're not within the right tier to view this content, you'll need to join a tier by going to Your Memberships and clicking on Edit to join the new tier.

Then, click on "Edit" again.

Here, you can select the benefit tier that will provide access to your content.
