Making this year's tournament only 8 competitors makes it really tricky because some really good players are going to be left out of it. I hope we get some qualifying matches to give a lot of them a shot.

I get that budget and scheduling make for a need for a smaller tourney. What I'm curious to see is if that raises the stakes for each match. You'd think so...but we'll have to wait and see.

Rachel Cushing, Mark Reilly, Jeff Sneider, Drew McWeeny, Ben Bateman, Stacy Howard, Lon Harris and whoever loses between Bibbs/Rocha are all deserving of a chance to be in the tournament.

There are so many possibilities! I'd prob most love to see Ben Bateman, Drew Ghai, Rachel Cushing, and Stacy Howard or Mike Kalinowski take those spots!

Regardless of who else is in the tournament, I can't see anybody beating Ethan, barring a complete fluke.
