In fact, the batgirl is not in chapter 2, but the bat is. So why did Chickenwhite make the batgirl? Because Bat Sanya IS.

I know that Bat Sanya wasn't on the planning doc, but a) If you're artists are crazy inspired, never tell them no and b) Chicken volunteered to do the extra work necessary. I think it will make the game better so Bat Sanya is now going to be a playable form.
