Prototype 5-1b Released (Patreon)

After some very helpful bug reports, 5-1b is now available on the downloads page for the Prototype 5 series. The changelog can be found at the bottom of that page.

If you have an existing save from 5-1 or 5-1a, it will work just fine with 5-1b. 

The most important bug fixed in 5-1b is the defeat-scenes-not-playing bug. So now you can get the missing TF from Prototype 5.

Keep the bug reports and suggestions coming. 

As a Quality-of-Life feature, I've added text kerning. The existing font doesn't come with kerning for some reason, so I wrote a routine to auto-generate it and then manually modified the values until it looked nice.

It may seem hard to notice the 1-pixel changes in the kerning version, but it vastly improves readability I assure you. I'll be continuing these little changes in the near future to improve playability.
