install the suit .oiv file that goes with godzilla mod, then download and install the ped models without generating suit .ini files

hey how do I do that camera action thing where it shows whatever im shooting at when i shoot my atomic breath like you did in the video? plus where are the controls for this?

Update: nvm about the lock on camera thing i found it. I still need controls to look for.
