My recent update to improve script performance and giants targeting resulted in a small bug in Thanos Endgame mod, this update fix this issue and other small things described in the picture above.

Hi JulioNIB. Im a recent Patreon, love your mods. I noticed with 'Thanos' when I spawn as Ally/Enemy, the ped starts regening from 0hp. Just wanted to let you know, if theres a fix for this I could use some help
