WIP HULK v3 update v306 (Patreon)

Did some changes and improvements to HULK:

  -Added Smash on ground attack for AI to use during normal attacks, not only on finalizations
  -Added option to set max RPG shooters
  -Improved Throw Rocks attack avoiding attack being called in mid air
  -Improved Spawn method
  -Improved Sprint to target method
  -Improved Melee attacks in sequence
  -Improved RPG shooters
  -Improved Rage Boost method avoiding rage boost trigger when attacking
  -Improved grab peds method avoiding issues related to dead peds
  -Improved animations and FX load, added missing ones
