Added option to use random peds

Added option to customize the peds that will appear, choosing model and clothes combination via .ini files, script will automatically generate default ones after first load

Can you do a infinite money mod that gives you money constantly

What if you make a mod that one npc is infected with a virus that turns them into a zombie and slow speed and then when they walk into someone that person gets infected and so on and so forth. And then police get infected and finally if the player touches an infected player. He dies.
