ScripthookV Temp FIX for STEAM (Patreon)

Backup of previous game patch working as expected for STEAM version of the game:

Make a copy of your actual gta5.exe then extract the content of the zip to main game folder, case your game crash at loading, put back the copy you made and wait for scripthookV update

Tip: Start making backup of your GTA5.exe to avoid scripthookv update issue in future when game updates again...
