I’m having some of my pre-supports fuse to the model. I’m printing straight from the file with no scaling and no alterations. Should I be up scaling these?

Hey Mark, no they should print just as they are with no fusing. I've done numerous tests on the bandits and they've been fine. You can try upscaling though if you want

Maybe my exposure setting are a little to high? I can try a couple different things. Maybe I’ll just edit the supports myself too.
