the more it glitters, the higher the cost.

this is vanu, the prince of greed, in what may or may not be the first of a little series. full disclosure, i decided to finish this piece today because i’m rather stressed out and wanted to work on something that felt calming and therapeutic. my first stop for that is usually drawing flowers, leaves, plants, and other natural elements. but when i had the idea of adding text it struck me that it would be fun to make an 8 piece series of matching artsy floral portraits of all our demonic primes (which is our gender neutral term for the rulers of the cardinal sins) plus the devil, with quotes related to their respective realms. what do you think?
