THIS WAS BUILT USING BLENDER 3.5, IT WILL NOT OPEN USING AN OLDER VERSION!

You will need Diffeomorphic 1.7.1 and the MHX addon enabled, it should be compatible with 1.7.0 as well, I tested it and it worked with no problems, but I recommend you update to 1.7.1 as it will be the one I will be using from now on. Also, make sure to completely remove 1.7.0 and restarting Blender before you update to 1.7.1! I use the Animation Layers addon (you should be able to update it directly from the preferences menu, check if you're running the latest version available). You can swap the male skin color, select the "Male Mesh" object and go under properties tab.

In case you have pink textures, go in File > External Data > Find Missing Files and choose the textures folder that came with the download!
