I've just recently upgraded MEGA to a premium account, the file is over 2GB but you should be able to download it without the rate limit, let me know if not.

Made with Blender 4.1.1, it will not work with older versions of Blender.

You need the Diffeomorphic 4.1.0 and MHX 4.1.0 addons enabled. You need MustardUI 0.31 enabled to control the male model settings, changing the male skin color, body shape, etc. I use the Animation Layers addon.

In case you have pink textures, go in File > External Data > Find Missing Files and choose the textures folder that came with the download!
