Leading up to the change in leadership of Kirusa Hospital, a strange AV released onto the internet as a trending topic.

It received a lot of attention for various reasons, including that it was rumored to feature a certain popular idol that went missing for a few months after a disastrous livestream event.

Rumor has it that on the day which the AV went on sale, there was a blog which streamed a video with a scene of that same super popular idol laying on her back and absolutely stuffing her face like there was no tomorrow. Her scantily clad body was pouring out of an outfit several times too small for her, making it feel like this was the same beautiful woman only several times larger.

As she ate, it only felt like she was growing larger still, but for reasons beyond what was humanly possible. 

The other day I found the video in question and removed all doubt that it was her.
