Discord server is up and running (Patreon)

Just a quick update. I created the discord server and linked it to this Patreon page. If it is working correctly tier 3 and tier 4 patreons should have gotten an invite to the discord server.

Please let me know if for some reason you didn't receive it.

It's not much yet but I hope it grows into something interesting!

I'm gonna be trying to do posts regularly and tell you guys what I am currently planning as well as figure out the poll system and all this good stuff!
