Annie is so interesting and obviously tragic!! Loved that we got to see more of her with these OVA's. We can't wait to find out more about her past and motives!

Annie is my favorite character in all of AoT...she is so smart and capable and totally badass. Like so many she has the child soldier trauma (all of them felt they had to kill marco...but all 3 were clearly conflicted and f-ed up after) and shit life in her back story...but a smart badass capable young woman...so great to see

I never thought I would feel bad for the guy with the red eye until his last moments and the revelation about his son Peter. This is one of the things I love about AOT. They make you feel for all the characters no matter how "bad" or "evil" they seem to appear.

Yea there’s a lot more to this story for sure. This also explains why she was crying when Levi and Mikasa took Eren back in the forest, she needed him to get home to her Dad.

Have you noticed what Annie did with Reiner's letter? Reiner's letter was an innocent letter telling her about what they are doing in the scouts But then if you noticed she unfolded the letter in a different way, which means that the letter sent by Reiner is cryptic and when unfolded and rearranged in a specific way it then has the real information Reiner wanted to tell Annie which was Eren's location in the formation, and that's why Annie back then headed to a certain location to search for Eren but we discovered that Erwin told every group false information about Eren's location and when Reiner heard from Armin his guess about the real location, he trusted Armin's guess and wrote the suggested location by his swords in Annie's titan palm

To be honest I really love Annie's character. She's just so blunt and brooding yet so emotionally caring. She is a bad ass detective in these 2 ep. I wished we got to see the fight between her and Mikasa. The showdown of a lifetime

I get where you’re coming from about hating Annie but I might be crazy, I never hated the colossal, Armored or the female Titan. I just wanted to know why these “devils” did what they did.

When Annie was pleased to have the donuts from Carlie, that reminds me of what Sasha said in season 2 episode 6 as a silly note about hearing that Annie loves sweats !

Please watch S3E12 mid credit scene. It was intended by Iseyama (Mangaka) to be watched by viewers. You should watch the ending song at least once before maybe in Ep11, so that you get hyped up more when the difference in ending starts in Ep12.

Good point. Everyone dismissed Sasha's observation as being silly but it was actually an insightful observation that pointed out how Annie stood out as a outsider, figuratively and literally.
