Video Tragedy (Patreon)

Our worst fear has come true and our external hard drive is having corruption issues. We're attempting to recover our files but as of right now, we still don't know if anything can be saved.😢

So unfortunately this means no Arcane Ep 7 today. We're playing the waiting game with the recovery program and hoping that we can miraculously get all our files back with no issues. We're so sorry everybody! We've been thrown a curveball and are being taught some lessons. (Never rely on one hard drive!!) Not really sure what this means for us going forward as we had a few reactions on there, but we'll figure it out and plan to carry on regardless. Hope you can extend us some grace for a few days but totally understand if you're disappointed! Just know that we are too. We'll keep you updated with edits to this post!

Edit Sun 8/27: We used a recovery program and it looks like we may be able to get most of the data back! Now just waiting on a new hard drive to temporarily transfer the data too. Then we'll look in to some of the things that you've given us advice on in order to make sure this never happens again. Not out of the woods just yet, but it's looking up! Thanks everybody for understanding and for offering so much help!!

Edit Thurs 8/31: We've received the new internal hard drive! But of course there was a specific screw that we didn't have 😅 That should be arriving today and we can hopefully start getting videos out for you guys soon! Keep crossing your fingers that we can successfully recover everything, thanks all!!

Edit Sun 9/3: Success! We've recovered mostly everything!! We're so relieved...Thanks so much for your understanding and help everyone! Shooting to get Arcane 7&8 up tomorrow. 💕
