i love your reactions!! both of you are so perceptive and empathetic, i would definitely enjoy hearing more commentary any time you guys had more to say. also, just noticed the ahri figure in the back, she's beautiful T^T wonder if you saw her most recent hol skin, it came out really well in my opinion! thanks for the timely uploads, hope both of you have a great day :)

Nanami!! I'm very glad you're both hyped about him, he's my favourite overtime man. Also, good eye, Kiss, I see you noticing That scene in the opening!

Mahito is the epitome of human hate. Remember he explained to Junpei last episode he was born from the hate humans feel towards each other? So that's all he is. Just pure human hate. That's scary! Also Nanami is the king of one liners haha. Great reaction!

There's a lot to go, but this is one of my favourite reactions of yours to JJK - your reaction at the end with the whole overtime thing ooooooo! I hope my praise of this writer isn't getting tired, but the way he portrays brainwashing and indoctrination, I mean you really feel for Junpei and you totally get why he's so receptive to Mahito, and by extension, portraying those who've been subjected to treatment like that, or worse, and understanding how they can potentially go down a darker path. Totally impatient for the next one!

The resident JJK gentleman daddy (Nanami Kento) has entered the chat! 🥰🥰🥰 I am so glad you liked him this early in the episode. He's the LOML.

Anime is notorious for having "highschoolers" that look like they are in their 20's or 30's 🤣🤣🤣

1.) I worry that Junpei was brave *because* he had some idea that he has dark lethal powers (or potential to get them) now, and that's why he stuck up for himself to the club room bullies. 2.) Kiyotaka told Itadori that jujutsu sorcers receive cursed powers that are weaker than themselves. Like a level two power would be controlled by a level 1 sorceror. And Itadori can control Sukuna...(not alluding a spoiler here, I haven't finished the show myself lol)

Not that we’re there yet, but I was rewatching the 2nd opening for this show, which should start playing on episode 14, and it’s a little less vague than the first opening as far as a couple things that happen in the second half. I don’t think it’s super spoilery but it might be best to wait until episode 20 to watch it. And while we’re on the subject, maybe don’t watch the first opening or ending for season two until you’re a couple episodes in. They don’t really spoil things that happen so much as potentially spoil what the focus of the first part of season two is. The second opening in season two and the other endings are perfectly safe to watch, though. The endings are no spoilers, only vibes, and the second opening of season two is similar to this current opening in that it changes as things happen or what it shows is so vague/symbolic you won’t realize it’s a spoiler until it happens. I wasn’t sure how far in advance you film your reactions, so I wanted to go ahead and give you this info with plenty of time to make a decision on how you want to handle the openings and endings. I don’t think any of them are super spoilery. It’s not a Robin being shown aboard the Merry while she’s still a villain kind of situation, and I always feel like the theme songs and imagery add so much to the experience of watching anime. But I wanted to make sure you had a little bit more info so you can make your own decision about it, especially since I encouraged you to watch this first opening from the beginning.

That's not what Ijichi was saying at all. He said that a sorcerer is expected to be able to beat a cursed spirit of an equal grade, so a grade 2 sorcerer should be able to beat a grade 2 cursed spirit, which means that the sorcerer must be roughly as strong as a grade 1 cursed spirit. He did not say anything about techniques. That's an important distinction in this show.

One of you noticed something during the opening and gasped. Haha, I assume you didn’t want to mention bc you were afraid of spoiling something. I was waiting to see how long it would take for you to finally notice and put the two together so I’m glad I noticed that little gasp 😅 Don’t worry, you have no idea what’s coming!

Ah yes, Nanami our composed, professional, business minded mentor and then Gojo who is just a silly little guy.
