In this word, "Neumales" are people with a feminine body and a penis in place of a vagina. They tend to be discriminated against as a result, especially by men who mistake them for women and then feel deceived.

Cloa is very optimistic, courageous and determined. Immediately after graduating from elementary school, she stole her father’s savings and escaped her abusive household. After that, she stumbled upon an izakaya (Japanese bar), where she met the owner who would essentially become her foster father.

She later joined a secret femdom club as a dominatrix, which led her to finding employment at a neumale/crossdressing bar. Now she works at the bar while also helping out at her foster father’s izakaya.
