Wow, all those little differences make such a difference. First of all I noticed she now has a more defined mid section. Also I noticed that sometimes you can see the very tips of two of her fangs. Also why there is no panting, I hope that it comes back unless I'm not doing it right. I noticed with the knotting part, how it jumps to her face and then to the action is a nice touch.
