Articles are back! Today I will be going on a little rant, so this is going to be a bit messy since it won’t be structured. The aim is to make this super easy and understandable, nothing about understanding manifestation is difficult. I get this question from time to time, and I totally understand it. I get where you’re coming from, completely, I think everyone actually aims to manifest more than one thing, we all want all sorts of things out of life. The thing is that we automatically assume that having more desires means more work, more effort or more energy; when it doesn’t at all. When you’ve been told your entire life that if you dream big, you have to work hard; your entire perspective opposes the nature of manifesting; because it is simple and effortless. It is normal to find it challenging when your mind literally goes against you whenever you try to allow yourself to think that your desires might be attainable. It’s pretty interesting how being told your whole life that you've got to hustle hard to make big dreams come true can really mess with your way of thinking. I mean, think about it; after years and years of hearing "work hard or go home," it's no surprise that your mindset ends up feeling stuck in that grind. And then, when you stumble upon the whole concept of manifesting your desires, it's like a clash of worldviews because, let's face it, manifesting is all about your dominant thoughts aligning with whatever you want to see, be or experience, which feels like the complete opposite of the "work till you drop" mentality you've been raised with. There's absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying the process of working hard, finding happiness in the journey, or setting goals for yourself. These are personal choices, and it's important to understand that. You have the power to shape your own path. In life, we often face choices. One such choice is to consciously change the way you think. By altering your perspective and focusing on positive thoughts, you can influence your circumstances. It's about believing that what you desire is already within your reach. I want to help you break free from any feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. If you're feeling doubtful, I encourage you to give it a try. It's not about taking immediate action; it's about imagining yourself already living the life you want. What do you dream of achieving? Whether it's financial stability, a comfortable home, a nice car, or a fulfilling relationship, you can have it all without having to work ten times harder. The key is to understand that you don't have to struggle excessively to achieve your dreams. The process remains the same, regardless of the number of things you want to achieve. It all starts with your thoughts and decisions. By embracing this idea, you have the ability to change your reality and make your dreams a reality. I understand how the thought of desiring to manifest  multiple things at once can be overwhelming and discouraging, especially if you have never consciously manifested before; I want you to understand that you have absolutely nothing to lose, making a conscious effort and thinking positively when it comes to your desires can be incredibly uplifting and only has positive benefits. Your confidence will grow, you will inevitably get your results; and you will then prove to yourself that manifesting consciously is possible; this belief will grow and become your new “normal”. You do not have to feel like you need to have the perfect routine, the perfect playlist or the perfect affirmations in order to achieve the best results, I have grown to realize that affirmations will never feel natural from the get go; and that is literally normal, you are affirming that you have something, while holding onto doubts and still going along with thoughts that try to prove and reinforce previous dominant thoughts you are actively trying to replace by reminding you of old circumstances, the exact opposite of what you’re affirming. When you affirm something for the first time, ideally you could go for an affirmation/statement that feels natural so it’s easier for you to repeat and instinctively stick to; however, if it doesn’t feel real and isn’t believable, that is okay too; your dominant thoughts and what you keep telling yourself is passed onto the subconscious, your feelings are a reflection of your thoughts and inner conversations; thoughts trigger emotions, subconsciously or consciously. Taking control over your thoughts sounds and can be exhausting simply because most of us are on autopilot, thinking thoughts without observing them or paying attention to what we’re telling ourselves. If you look at the conversations you are having with yourself internally, there is a big chance most of them reflect your current circumstances, and every statement up there is an affirmation you are telling yourself and confirming to be factual. If you want things to be different, tell yourself a new story in which you include all of your desires, no matter how many there are, feel free to use umbrella affirmations such as “I manifested all of my desires, I always get what I want, etc…”, affirmations that state you have everything already, have tunnel vision and trust yourself; you are the one manifesting your desires, you do not have to describe each and every single one of your desires to yourself simply because you literally already know what you’re talking about when you say “I want this, I want that.” Let’s take SPs for example, if you affirm “I am in a relationship with John.”, you know who you’re referring to, you are talking about John your SP, not John Cena; and you know that, so there is no need for you to go out of your way to describe to yourself who you are referring to by including their full name, or their personality; you already know you're talking about your SP. The same goes for all your desires, when you say “I manifested all of my desires.” you're referring to the things you intend to manifest. You could either use an umbrella affirmation, or affirm for every desire you have, if you want wealth, beauty and intelligence; your dominant thoughts about the 3 desires would have to align with your ideal outcome; it is that simple. We will always instinctively try to make things more challenging for ourselves, because we were lead to believe that no solutions could be just simple unless a mediocre outcome was the final goal; which is a bit silly considering the fact that manifestation is as simple as it can be when we briefly look at the effort we have to put in; but when we look a bit deeper, it is way more than just “wishful thinking”, or positive thinking; it is an attempt at reprogramming the subconscious mind by taking over the conscious thoughts you have daily; so you can lead and influence your mind in a favorable way not only so you can manifest your desires but also so you can have a positive, healthy mindset that naturally uplifts you actually allows you to walk through life with a positive and objective perspective rather than biased and negative; making success the only possible options.

I know it all depends.. but what is the maximum number of subliminals you would advise to incorporate in a playlist for overnight listening?
