first spell in my collection. this physical health spell has personally helped me so much. everytime I watch the candles burn, I get such an intense charge of strength in my core. it allows me to do more in the day, as I can go longer and work harder before I get worn out. but your manifestations from this spell will be completely individual. I formulated it for health, strength and resilience so wherever you need these energies, expect to see changes. fair warning - my camera broke in the first rendition of this spell and I had to recast and reshoot the footage with my backup cam. cost $700 in repairs. this is the spell in action. if something is damaged and in need of attention, it may be rendered dysfunctional so it can get fixed. my camera manifested health for itself. so just be aware that healing does not only work in "instant relief" type progress before you watch. 

you can watch this every day if you want. nothing bad will happen other than broken things be weeded out. I will also give you my sigil to work with in the attachments to use in your day to day life. you can print them out, hang them up, overlay them over a picture of you or something that represents health and strength to you, draw it on the back of a photo, carry it in your pocket, put it under your pillow - wherever you want to benefit from my magic.
