it's time to treat your mind to some peace and quiet! unlike the more heart/emotion based meditations I have previously done, this one focuses on your mind and is meant to center and declutter your thoughts. information overload is a serious topic that undoubtedly has detrimental effects on the psyche. now more than ever, it is important that we take the time to reflect on our thoughts and focus on what truly matters to us. it is the only way to remedy the constant streams of information vying for our undivided attention. I believe if we practice this meditation on a regular basis, it will enable us to make better decisions and live more conscious and purposeful lives. sit back, take deep breaths and allow your mind to return to blissful balance.
