No, autumn's cold air cannot lessen the warmth of this cozy roleplay, for summer is immortalized in the impeccable vibes of this incredibly sleep-inducing video.
The video that will let you experience how I personally relax - sipping a delicious drink and becoming a crystal grid. For me, there's nothing better for relaxation than a shot of any liquor to numb the pain of insufferable neighbors coupled with basking in the therapeutic vibrations of selected crystals. For you, I have picked out some of the most uplifting, light and loving crystals I know. Amethyst, blue calcite, labradorite, citrine, blue apatite, rose quartz, strawberry quartz, sun stone, green jasper and green aventurine. This selection exalts the energy I wanted to capture in this video of pure jovial ease.
The triggers include but are not limited to: Soft speaking, whispering, ice clinking, cicadas, personal attention, tapping, hand movements, bottle shaking, spray sounds, hand rubbing - with intense binaural-3D-ness.
Jack watched it back with me this morning (quality control) and became so sleepy he had to go get more coffee. And I agree, especially the meditation portion which makes up the majority of this video is incredibly relaxing and comforting. Makes me feel like the weeks spent working on this fresh gem were worth it.
In this video you'll be able to see how I behave in a more natural, less scripted manner. I'm masking a lot less now than I used to and not suppressing the urge to stim, making the filming process more comfortable and less forced for myself. To be honest, when I noticed I was stimming I just committed to it fully and thought "that's probably an ASMR trigger aye". I was also in a good mood and kinda jokingly using the "love and light" narrative as a segway into yet another ASMR trigger (the spraying) while still remaining compassionate and caring - aswell as jokingly using the "have you tried meditation" narrative to show you that meditation doesn't have to drive you up a wall. The moment I really got into meditation was when I stopped trying to quiet my mind and started exploring my mind. Going within and acknowledging everything that is happening inside me at any given moment is what sold me on it - an incredibly validating experience. But even when I'm not pioneering an expedition into the self, being present in the moment - a thing which used to trigger PTSD in me - really helps me to feel connected to myself and therefore calm. And here's a trick I found... Don't expect yourself to just be able to be present like it's something you should be doing all the time anyway. The best hack I know for being present is to make the present as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Using crystals is a powerful way of manipulating the energy to create a comfortable, comforting space around you, enabling you to relax into your body as opposed to trying to yank yourself into it and getting agitated whenever you get distracted. Distractions are ok, let yourself get distracted. Let your mind wander. When you're done, simply find your way back to the safe space you have created for yourself. Or, in this case, that I have created for you.
Yes, for you I have created a space safe from swallowing sounds! I've not so much edited them all out as I have just deliberately left them out while individually placing the hundreds of sound effects second by second, resulting in pleasant sounds through and through. It was painstaking and I hated every second of it, but it's the only way to consume anything in a video that won't gross everyone out. And you can't have a good summer without a few cocktails, can you?! I crave a pina colada as we speak.
With the completion of this I am finally free to start the fall inspired videos I have in mind. I swear it's a curse. I have more ideas than I can ever act on so don't you worry about me quitting my arts anytime soon. I hope you will get the greatest possible enjoyment out of falling asleep to this video and awaken refreshed and recharged.
Cheers
