just what we all need lately. a vibe. a mood. a break. a white flag. a remedy for internal and external turmoil. a video designed to soothe and sedate and free up valuable mind and heart space for peace, hope and optimism to settle in. 

because we are tired. we are tired of everything and yet so much is being required of us and we can't focus. we're stressed and burnt out with all the tense energy around us, constantly demanding that we stay alert - with all the problems we have to solve and all the fragile things in our lives that we single-handedly have to keep from falling apart. because of this, I have crafted a spell in video form that you can passively enjoy that's intended to help you 𝓈𝑒𝓉𝓉𝓁𝑒. to cease the fighting within you. to quiet all the chaotic thoughts constantly firing at your survival instinct. 

amidst the rolling waves of the ocean at night, be put at ease with calming music, gentle candle light caressing your senses and the sweet innocence of flowers scattered in the sand. I strove to make this video as powerful as I could and found that the more powerful it became, the gentler it turned out. because peace is gentle. never offensive. like the subdued colors of this crystal grid are non-offensive to your eyes. warm whites. soft browns. a touch of seaside reminiscent blue. milky quartz conveying smooth softness. desert rose instilling deep peace. silky smooth selenite and joyful citrine powering the overwhelming gentleness of my spell. relaxing chamomile. uplifting palo santo resin. purifying baby's breath. every last ingredient plays a part in this incredible grid and that's only the visual stimulation. 

beneath the carefully chosen music and calming ocean ambiance lies the subliminal magic I've invoked. because I've been just as tired and strained as you, I relied on forces far bigger than me to power my intentions for you. at an inaudible volume I've added a prayer to no other than the personification of peace, Greek goddess Eirene, recorded at my altar inside a circle and, of course, selenite-brain. I'm more than excited to see my magic unfold as more and more people listen to my video. never have we needed such an influence more. 

there are many layers to this spell, not least protecting the vulnerable, deep intuitive wisdom and the effortless feeling movement towards action that is in alignment with your personal truth and peace and freedom for all. self-love and nurture. hope for the future. all these pure Cancerian blessings. I believe with all my heart that this video has the power to make you feel optimistic again. but you can take it all from my prayer that goes as follows:

Eirene, ever-loving goddess of peace
Hear my prayer to make violence cease
In our hearts instill kindness and calm
Heal every scar and soothe every qualm
Bless with your essence every human on Earth
To release all hatred as I speak these words
And bring to all who hear this prayer
Faith in a world that's loving and fair
Give us compassion, as within, so without
Let our fear be silent, our hope be loud
Embrace us fully and let us feel light
Bless us with your wisdom and let us do right
In every waking moment, may we all embody peace
As it is my will, so must it be
