Energy Healing // Powerful Stress Relief (Patreon)

"What're you thinking about?" How much pain I'm in, thanks for asking, Patreon. 

This video is calm comfort. Between the music, firm but gentle voice, flowing movements and personal attention - it's a truly soothing experience, and that's not even counting the energy healing aspect of it. I tried to continually talk throughout the video which at the very least makes me sleepy. The triggers featured in this treatment are mostly hand movements, soft speaking, smoke and burning sounds. I personally find the crown chakra infusion very pleasant. Let me know what you think! 

During the making of this video I realized that not every video has to be super special awesome and spectacular. At least to me, energy work is not really special cause I'm used to doing it. I was a little worried as I always am about not having an insane array of unexpected triggers but found that this video is nice with just the handful of triggers it has. Other than that it's intuitively guided. Much like you just go along with what happens when you watch, I just go along with what happens while filming. Sometimes it works. 

In the next video I'll do my best to improve the binauralness of the soundscape! Assuming the first real summer storm this year passes by the time I have to start filming... Truth be told, I just opened the windows and started a recording. I love storms, they make me feel so powerful and alive... I hope the weather is at least decent where you are and that this video delivers what you need. Cheers
