I don't think the questions are scripted, but not entirely improvised. Some parts are planned with the producers, but then she goes with it and adds to it

Love Philomena Cunk! Yeah from what I've heard Simon is right, they know they're being interviewed for a comedy/documentary programme, but they're not briefed on the questions so their reactions are genuine. I'm impressed at how they all keep a straight face!
