So, I have been in contact with support about my PC that got stuck in a reboot loop. Unfortunately, every fix they asked me to try only made my situation worse, until now the PC won't boot up at all. They are refusing to refund/replace it, because I am a couple weeks outside of their 90 day warranty.

Since I was unable to produce anything again this month because of this issue, I'll be pausing billing, so there WILL BE NO CHARGE ON DECEMBER 1ST. If I still can't create by January, I guess I'll do the same then as well.

If you need donations I'll be willing to put towards a little bit to help you get a brand new PC I understand how terrible customer support in all that is for official PC companies is When I go to fix my laptop or PCI go to local shops and stores that know how to look through the problems themselves

Ah thanks NP1-b, but a friend offered me their old laptop, so I think I will fall back onto that for now. With some luck I'll soon be able to get some work done.
